    Nutrisystem’s food is subpar and mediocre to say the least. Beware that if you are unhappy with or have any digestive problems while using the product, you need to complain immediately. Don’t wait to see if you system adjusts. The counselors will try to help you get to keep eating this, DON’T! I had the first 30 days of food all was well. The second box gave me stomach cramps and gasoline that made me not fit for public. I thought it was just my program and the stomach issues were my problem. I now had a whole box of meals. So I gave a few weeks worth to a co-worker that had encouraged me to give Nutrisystem a try in the first place and the food We gave her caused her the same issues despite her having been on the program in excess of 3 months with no gas or stomach issues.

    hey there everyone, just wanted to add to this dialogue here. I had a month of Nutrisystem food and while I wasn’t all too astounded by the food itself, I can’t say anything real bad about it trigger I actually lost 9lb for the reason that month without doing anything special. All I want to say is that if they are able to figure out how to improve the consistency of some of the meals that can come out of the microwave oven looking and tasting like soggy card board, then they would make an impression on a whole load more folks. That’s not saying all of the meals were like that, just some. There were some really good ones inside, so if they can have meals good, why don’t you all of them?

    As for milk and sugar sticking to your lips, milk is fine however the sugar will have to go I’m afraid! I personally made the switch from sweet, creamy coffee to black and natural and you know, it wasn’t well before I came to choose it this way. I can’t abide artificial sweeteners anyway cause they’re downright dangerous to health. However, you know, if someone provides me with coffee with sugar in it now, I spit it out in disgust LOL

    My 1 comment is that in your review and in several of the comments you and others complain about all the space it takes upward in your freezer. Just the “Select” program foods need freezer space. The standard program foods don’t require freezing or even refrigeration.

    Eventually, she teamed up with some co-workers and went swimming four times a week and that helped a lot. They all pushed each other to swim more lengths of the pool and it was a sort of competition between them who could go swimming the furthest!
