I was wondering basically don’t get the protein or even dairy in the morning might I come home and have the protein/egg along with the Nutrisystem lunch and fruit then? Or perhaps is that too much. I understand its all visiting the same spot. However is it cheating/less effective by having a different eating schedule? Thanks!

    I started doing some swimming four times a week or sometimes five but that really helps too. Any exercise you can do is better than sitting in front of the television fretting your likely to put it back on, cause if you do that, affirmed you’ll get your wish!
