I still lost weight and I’m glad I did it cause it worked out pretty cheap as I didn’t have to buy my regular groceries so one cost balanced out against the other. I lost 14lbs in that month and I dropped three dress sizes, so it was worth it for me.

I called their own so called customer support collection that told me basically “so sad, too bad” it absolutely was two months and there had been nothing they could do to compensate me on which was a 300 buck loss for me. Clearly, I received a poor batch of food products. They even said to not really eat it as well as destroy the product.

I hear what you’re saying Joe, the main problem is that if you want to eat “real food for real guys”, you aren’t going to lose any weight unless you exercise like an athlete. It’s a tough call and this is not the only solution, of course.
Now that my month has ended, I try and consume a much healthier diet than I used to and still eat my fruit every single day instead of the donuts as well as cookies I used to eat and I feel tons better, more power and don’t feel therefore tired any more. A week in and I have not gained an ounce!

Around the downside, I didn’t truly get the point of including pizza and similar in the meals – this is supposed to be a diet, right? I think if your going to do a diet tailored for men, then make it a diet with good, wholesome meals that taste good and also have good texture. Like home cooked meals could be.
